Positive Leadership Award 2023 is presented to
who has been selected from 7 399 nominations submitted from 18 countries across five continents and recognized as a positive leadership champion, helping people, teams and organizations thrive
It is about striving to improve the lived experience of the people around you to create a professional and cohesive culture in which everyone knows they can contribute and share in collective success. As a leader, the bedrock of this focuses on four areas: Placing their physical and mental well-being as the cornerstone of my leadership philosophy; being approachable and taking the time to listen to truly understand your people; Encouraging, supporting, and empowering people to develop and implement solutions that work for the collective good. Rewarding and recognizing people for the contributions they make to enhance the team.
