Positive Leadership Award 2022 is presented to
who has been selected from 11 688 nominations submitted from 22 countries across six continents and recognized as a positive leadership champion, helping people, teams and organizations thrive
I would love to see more leaders practice courage to tackle some of the larger organisational or community issues (affected by culture or history) that have been detrimentally affecting people, systems or organisational/community sustainability. What I’ve noticed is that acting with courage creates a culture of transparency and solution orientation where others are imbued with the courage to take action towards better business, workplace and community practices. To practice taking courageous action, I suggest identifying some of the smaller issues you’re observing, the impacts, creating a plan of action and then executing immediately, capitalising on the initial energy and motivation.
