Dominik’s vision is to help people come to work with a smile on their faces. This is true both for his own teammates and his customers’ employees. He started in a corporate startup as Scrum Master for three teams and quickly encountered the myriad of mistakes that can be learned from in this role. His impact was huge for the teams, and he realized that leadership is his passion. Caring for people and results helped him succeed as an Agile Coach, subsequently empowering many teams. Today, he continues to live positive leadership with his own company (ValueRise Consulting) and team.
