Positive Leadership Awards 2023

Positive Leadership Award 2023 is presented to

Gianna Scorsone

who has been selected from 7 399 nominations submitted from 18 countries across five continents and recognized as a positive leadership champion, helping people, teams and organizations thrive

Winner’s Best Practice

Positively leading first starts with aligning goals. Founders, investors, boards, and executives objectives are to hit company growth and profitability, while employees are there for personal growth, tied to personal and maybe team metrics. Trying to motivate teams, especially when times are tough, by stating company objectives won't have a driving impact if you don't share one common goal. How you do this is by consistently communicating how each person's efforts lead to this end result, placing quantifiable value on each role, and showing each person you value them as one of the players in achieving the company goal.
