My best practices? Here are a few of the tricks I embrace. Cheer all days and with energy. Give trust to everyone around you and empower them fully with every endeavor they want to take... the sky is the limit. Deeply focus on the people and seek first to understand their problems to look collectively at solutions. And treat them as they are… as adults! Acknowledge achievements everywhere. Look out constructively to match everyone’s talents at best. Stay away from judging and move on to learning. And last, give it some time before rushing to solutions!

Bio
Justin is from Belgium, in the center of Europe. He studied Engineering both in Belgium and in Spain. He started his professional career developing electronic sensors at Melexis in the automotive industry. He held various positions there from actual chip design to project and program management in Belgium and in the USA. Justin then took up another challenge at EVS as Head of Engineering in R&D and recently moved to the commercial side as Head of Business Operations. Passionate by people development, Justin continued his education every day and is now also a certified coach from the ICF.
