One of the values I honor the most in leadership is authenticity. I always practice it in building my relationship with my team by getting to know them genuinely and let them get to know me in a more personal level for them to feel that that are important to me. Our line of business is really demanding, and it could be really draining physically, emotionally, and mentally but as a leader I make sure that I am with them during our struggles and victories. I also ensure our growth as a team and individually.

After earning my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Supply Management from the University of Makati, I entered the logistics industry where I can work in a fast phased environment and constantly learn and grow. I have worked with international and local companies where my work ethics were recognized as well as my leadership. I have worked with a team of more than a hundred members handling multiple accounts in different locations and I am currently handing a diverse operation where we serve clients in warehousing and distribution
