Positive Leadership Award 2023 is presented to

Natasha Evans

who has been selected from 7 399 nominations submitted from 18 countries across five continents and recognized as a positive leadership champion, helping people, teams and organizations thrive

Winner’s Best Practice

I think that positive leadership is simple, but not easy. I try to lead at all times by being a good person first, staying true to my personal values and my values as a leader. I'm a big believer that the small things you do to show up for your team each day really matter and that time spent on or with your time holds more weight than anything of monetary value. For instance: Personalised thank you notes at Thanksgiving.
