The strongest and most resilient teams are ones that truly connect as humans. Where each person feels seen and heard, understood and accepted for their unique skills, experience, communication style, cultural vocabulary, and growth areas. This is especially important in a 100% remote, global environment when interactions can too easily become transactional. I intentionally create spaces, deep collaboration, and ongoing rituals to allow remote team members to connect and have serendipitous moments. They are baked into our daily routines and work practices - so that every person can be known for who they are beyond just their professional role.
