I have been able to stay focused and make the best decisions by trying to see trends rather than absolute numbers/input. This helped me realize what our team and each team member’s (including myself) strengths and weaknesses were and find new members who could fill the void of our weaknesses. The focused approach also helped me understand our customers better and create a path of developing new technologies for an entire industry rather then for one particular customer. As a result, our customers and our team feel we’re in this together and everybody has something to bring to the table.

I’m the Founder and CEO of Qcify, a technology company developing the next generation of quality control solutions for the food processing industry. Qcify’s AI technology helps reduce costs, improve efficiency and eliminate human subjectivity in QC. Prior to Qcify, I held the position of Sales Manager and Director US Operations at Visys from 2007 to 2014. Since moving to the USA in 2010 I have generated over $75M in sales and helped successfully launch 5 technology companies in Northern America. I’m also an angel investor in several companies such as Heliogen, Blokable, Enklu, NowRx, and Knightscope among others.
